臺灣近年來學習鋼琴以及各種樂器的國民小學非常眾多。習彈奏一種樂器可以培養兒童的眼手協調+聽覺敏銳+和較長時間的注意力,同時有助於提高與童的整體學習能力。習彈奏樂器的最終目標之一藉由演奏發表,與聽眾分享音槳的真和美。本文從技術、知識、生理及心理的層面探討鋼琴教師指導學生上臺演奏的準備、以及結語等五部份,討論訂定曲目的時間、不同場合適合的曲目、曲目的難易、演奏樂曲所需的彈奏練習等等。希望中所建議的各項準備上臺演奏的方法,有助於音樂樂教師的鋼琴教學。而學生從準備演奏的過程中,瞭解學習音樂的意義,並從完整的演奏一首樂曲的經驗中,體會到真實的成就感。

thchnical, intellectual, mental, and physical preparation
for on-stage musical performance

Abstract
Many school children learn to play musical instruments in today's Taiwan. Playing an instrument is helpful for children's eye-hand coordination, long-period concentration, and for developing children's learning ability. In this paper, the preparation for student performance is discussed. The contents include introduction; selecting performing repertoire; technical and intellectual prepatration; mental and physical preparation; and conclusion. The author suggests relaxing exercise; sensing exercise; imaginging exercise; and performing exercise two to three months before stage performance or during weekly lessons. Through the process of preparing performance, students learn what and how music making is, and by successfully performing a piano piece they obtain a sense of accomplishment and a special experience of sharing beautiful music with the audience.
